1. About QwikChecc

QwikChecc (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides instant, automated property reports for Australian addresses. You enter an address and pay a one-off fee; we generate a report that synthesises publicly available government data and third-party data into value and rent estimates, financial figures, neighbourhood information and risk flags. QwikChecc is operated by QwikChecc, ABN 54 265 935 504.

2. Reports are estimates and general information only

Everything in a QwikChecc report is an estimate and general information only. A report is not a valuation, and it is not financial, legal, investment or tax advice. We are not a licensed valuer and our figures do not represent a guaranteed sale price, rent, or return.

Property decisions are significant. You should carry out your own due diligence and obtain your own independent professional advice (for example from a licensed valuer, conveyancer, mortgage broker, accountant or financial adviser) before you inspect, make an offer, buy, sell or otherwise rely on any figure in a report. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on a report.

3. How the estimate is produced

The QwikChecc estimate is generated independently and automatically by our system from data sources, using our own calculations. For branded agent reports, the agent cannot alter, override or set the QwikChecc estimate — an agent can add their own branding and contact details, and where clearly labelled may present their own separate figures, but the QwikChecc estimate itself is produced by us and is not editable by the agent.

4. Payment and delivery

The price of a report is shown before purchase and is charged in Australian dollars via our payment provider (Stripe). Once payment is confirmed, your report is generated and delivered to you (on screen and by email). Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, bulk-download, resell or systematically extract data from the service;
• use bots, automated scripts or other means to access the service other than as intended;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; or
• use the service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone’s rights.

We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe these terms are being breached.

6. Data and privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including our data-retention practices. Please read it to understand what we collect and how long we keep it.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited by law, it is limited to re-supplying the report or refunding the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
