Privacy Policy

What we collect

• All users: the property address you enter, the asking price or range (if you provide one), your preferred report language, and your email address.
• Agents and brokers, additionally: your name, phone number, business logo, a portrait photo, and up to eight property photos you upload.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles these directly.

Why we collect it

To generate and deliver your report, take payment, brand agent reports as requested, and respond to your enquiries.

Automated processing

Your property estimate is generated entirely by automated systems using property data — no human sets or reviews the figure. The report’s plain-language “bottom line” summary is generated using an AI service (Anthropic). Only property figures are sent for this — never your name, email, or other personal details.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone’s marketing. We share only the minimum necessary with the service providers who help us run QwikChecc:

• Stripe — payment processing (retains your email and receipt)
• Google Maps Platform — geocoding the address and map imagery
• HTAG — property market data
• Supabase — secure database and file storage
• Resend — delivering your report by email (retains send logs and the report attachment)
• Anthropic — generating the report’s summary (property figures only)

Some of these providers may process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled appropriately.

Where it’s stored and how it’s protected

Your information is stored in Supabase (our database and file storage). Report PDFs and uploaded photos are held in private storage with access controls; downloadable report links are time-limited. We take reasonable technical steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal information (including your email, uploaded photos, and report) for approximately one month, after which it is deleted. We retain basic transaction records (such as the fact of a sale, amount, and date) for approximately five years to meet tax and legal obligations — these records do not include your uploaded photos or report content. If you join a waitlist to be notified when your area becomes available, we keep your email until we notify you or you ask to be removed.

Cookies and analytics

We do not currently use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. If we introduce them in future, we will update this policy and provide any consent options required.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or correct your personal information, or to delete it, by emailing hello@qwikchecc.com. You can also raise a privacy concern with us, and if unresolved, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
