Refund Policy
Last updated 13 July 2026
QwikChecc provides instant, automatically generated property reports. Because each report is generated fresh for the specific address you enter, please read this policy before purchasing.
Note: This is a plain-English draft pending legal review.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our reports come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — they must be of acceptable quality, fit for their described purpose, and match their description. If a report fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy.
When we will refund you
We will refund your payment in full if:
- the report failed to generate or was not delivered;
- the report is materially broken, incomplete, or unreadable; or
- the report data is clearly wrong or does not match the address you entered.
When we will not refund you
Because reports are generated instantly and individually for your address, we do not offer refunds for change of mind — for example, if you decide you no longer need the report, or you are unhappy that the estimate is lower or higher than you hoped. The report is an independent, data-driven estimate; the figures themselves are not grounds for a refund. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for a genuine fault.
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@qwikchecc.com within 5 business days of your purchase, with the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
Important: QwikChecc reports are estimates and general information only — they are not a formal valuation and not financial, legal, or tax advice. An estimate differing from a sale price, a lender’s valuation, or a professional appraisal is not a fault and is not grounds for a refund.
